Gourmet hot drink: Mugicha teacup (vegan)

Lucie went to explore Japan to discover the world of tea and learn about it. Today she has opened a Franco-Japanese tea room, D.Matcha, in La Rochelle.
FOR A TEA PUCCCINO
200ml of water
18cl of barista edition oat milk
30g mugicha powder

Sift 30g of Maison Aimi mugicha powder into a bowl.
Add 200ml of water of your choice at room temperature.
Mix well until you get a sort of smooth sauce.
Froth 18cl of oat milk.
Take 30ml of the mugicha sauce and pour it into the bottom of a glass. Add the milk.
It's ready! You can enjoy your teappuccino!
