Chocolate and mugicha brownie

FOR A BROWNIE

80g flour - 60g brown sugar - 1 teaspoon mugicha - 100g butter - 200g milk chocolate - 2 eggs

Preheat the oven to 200°

Melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat.

Add the flour, sugar, mugicha then the eggs.

Mix gently until the dough is smooth.

Cook for 14 minutes then leave to cool.
