Mugicha Madeleines

FOR A DOZEN MADELEINES
100g sugar
110g flour
A teaspoon of yeast
3 eggs
90g butter
1 tbsp mugicha powder

Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 7-8).
Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool.
In a salad bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar, and whisk until frothy.
Add the flour and yeast and the mugicha powder. Stir in the melted butter.
Fill the molds 3/4 full and bake at 200°C (th 7-8) for 12 min.
Unmold while lukewarm.
